I'm in the same situation. I've sent 3 emails in the last 9 days and no answer.
I used the "Send Code" button on the front page to get my code after formatting the drive, the code sent was the same as it was in my original email. Which now says "invalid"
I've turned off all my email filters, I've cleaned *AND* read all my inbox and old junk box mail. I've even sent a message from my yahoo account to my "real" account... and replied back to my Yahoo account... just to make sure I'm actually sending the email and that its not going off into some unknown place never getting delivered.
Its all working... so its not a problem with my email address or system... at all... I'm receiving everything, sending everything, everything is working... except for regusersupport who is apparently not replying for some reason.
I'll give it a couple more days before I just move onto another product. If it comes to that, I'll be sure to let a few of the review sites on the web know about my experiences with this product.
