HEY!!! SUPPORT!!!?

Could you guys check your mail every once in a while? I wrote an email on the
26th of June... Still no answer... I know it's vaccation times and all, but two
weeks to answer an email?!

My problem is this:
Tried to register GameCam on my new computer, since my old one broke down
but got a window saying: - "The registration information you provided is invalid".
The key IS valid:
- I've tried TYPING it by hand...
- I have tried to COPY&PASTE it...


//Seriously miffed customer...

I suggest that you send another email to the developers: regusersupport@planetgamecam.com
Also, some mail programs have been known to send the Game Cam emails to the junk/spam folder.

I'm in the same situation. I've sent 3 emails in the last 9 days and no answer.

I used the "Send Code" button on the front page to get my code after formatting the drive, the code sent was the same as it was in my original email. Which now says "invalid"

I've turned off all my email filters, I've cleaned *AND* read all my inbox and old junk box mail. I've even sent a message from my yahoo account to my "real" account... and replied back to my Yahoo account... just to make sure I'm actually sending the email and that its not going off into some unknown place never getting delivered.

Its all working... so its not a problem with my email address or system... at all... I'm receiving everything, sending everything, everything is working... except for regusersupport who is apparently not replying for some reason.

I'll give it a couple more days before I just move onto another product. If it comes to that, I'll be sure to let a few of the review sites on the web know about my experiences with this product.

I am having the same problem. The wait time on a response email is unacceptable considering the price paid for the software.

5 Days ago.
However I have only just recently bought the software and already get problems with it unregistering itself randomly and then not accepting my reg code anymore.

So how long do we have to wait until we even get an answer from the supposed 'Support'?
This is disgraceful.
One of the reasons I decided to pay so much for this software was because I thought at that price it would have reliable support in the event something did go wrong. You guys have done a great job on proving me wrong on that one.
